This private training facility is unique because it offers
what big boarding facilities don’t…tender loving care
where the horses belong to a family. This is their home
and they know it. As a result, the horses are the most
calm, most confident, most content horses anywhere.
They are secure in their feeding and turnout, because it is
reliable and on schedule…all the time. Because this is not
a big boarding facility with lots of horses, each horse is
handled with the utmost of care and concern. They share
the great outdoors with the local wild turkey, deer,
squirrels, and other wildlife. If your horse is nervous or not
confident, you will notice a change in your horse’s
personality within days after staying here.
For the rider, the facility offers a non-intimidating
atmosphere. If you are tired of sharing the arena with
aggressive and impolite fellow boarders, then you will
enjoy the use of this private setting. You can take your
time with your horse, and breathe the fresh air. You can
ride out in the small hilly field before entering the arena
for a nice refresher, or cool down in the field after riding in

watering system and premier footing
Over-sized stalls with two large windows in each stall
within a beautiful custom barn with fly spray system
The 2-acre pasture features slightly hilly terrain for
maximum muscle development and plenty of room to
gallop and roll; includes run-in shed for shelter from sun
and rain; automatic waterer for fresh, clean water at every
sip
Three additional large turnout paddocks
